All products sold by MAXed Performance are intended strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not for human or animal consumption under any circumstance.
Buyer eligibility and attestation
By placing an order, you affirmatively represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 21 years of age; (2) you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and that any research purpose or affiliation you provide at checkout is genuine; (3) you will not ingest, inject, or otherwise use these products in or on a human or animal body; (4) you will not resell, redistribute, or represent these products as suitable for human or animal use; and (5) you are legally permitted to purchase and possess these products in your jurisdiction. A checked consent box at checkout constitutes your electronic signature to this attestation.
No dosing or use guidance
MAXed Performance does not provide dosing instructions, administration guidance, or human-use protocols for any product, and will not respond to inquiries requesting them. Any reconstitution or concentration reference material on this site is provided solely for laboratory calculation purposes.
No affiliation with approved pharmaceuticals
Products sold on this site are independent research compounds. They are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or represented as equivalent, comparable, or bioequivalent to any FDA-approved pharmaceutical product, regardless of shared or similar underlying molecular targets.
Shipping compliance

Indemnification
By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold MAXed Performance harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use, misuse, or handling of these products, including any use inconsistent with their stated research-only purpose.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
